As a representative, you will engage with Danish-speaking clients, providing them with first-rate support and assistance. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Providing outstanding customer service to our Danish-speaking clients via various channels including phone, email, and chat. Addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. Maintaining detailed records of interactions in our management systems. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met comprehensively. Staying informed about our product offerings to better serve our clients. Ideal Candidates Will Have: Fluency in Danish (both written and verbal); proficiency in English is advantageous. Experience in customer service or a related field preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. Comfort with technology and a quick learning ability for new systems.
