Your Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service to Danish-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. Tackle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, always focused on delivering a positive experience. Accurately document all client interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Collaborate with internal teams to effectively resolve client concerns and improve service quality. Stay informed about our services and products to offer well-rounded support to clients. Ideal Candidates Will Possess: Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is considered an advantage. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive approach to problem solving and a passion for helping clients. Comfort with using technology and adapting to new software tools.
