Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality customer service to our Danish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Address and resolve client inquiries effectively, ensuring a positive experience with each interaction. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions in our systems for seamless team communication. Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance service delivery and resolve client issues. Stay updated on product offerings to provide informed and helpful support. Qualifications We Seek: Fluency in Danish (both written and verbal); knowledge of English is a significant asset. Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive approach to solving problems and assisting clients. Comfort with technology and ability to quickly learn new software systems.
