Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance service delivery and resolve client issues. Stay updated on product offerings to provide informed and helpful support. Qualifications We Seek: Fluency in Danish (both written and verbal); knowledge of English is a significant asset. Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
