They are now looking for a Danish-speaking CRM Manager to join their team in Copenhagen and take their customer relationship management to the next level!
As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing CRM campaigns, ensuring top-tier customer engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create personalized, data-driven campaigns that enhance the customer journey.
Plan, implement, and optimize CRM strategies to boost player retention and engagement.
Create personalized campaigns using email, SMS, push notifications, and in-platform messaging.
Analyze customer data & behavior, using insights to drive segmentation and targeted marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives.
Monitor key KPIs, track campaign performance, and suggest optimizations.
Ensure CRM communication aligns with brand tone, compliance regulations, and responsible gaming guidelines.
A/B test and experiment with new ways to maximize player lifetime value.
