This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to assist Danish-speaking clients with their travel and booking inquiries. Responsibilities Provide assistance to customers in Danish through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Guide clients through the booking process, including making, modifying, and canceling reservations. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to bookings to ensure a seamless customer experience. Record all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure detailed and accurate documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues quickly and ensure customer satisfaction. Stay informed about company products, policies, and promotions to provide the most accurate support. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken), with proficiency in English preferred. Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the travel or hospitality sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to high-quality customer service. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively address customer complaints. Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking platforms. Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse oneself in a new cultural environment. Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
