This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to assist Danish-speaking clients with their travel and booking needs, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience. Responsibilities Assist Danish-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat, addressing their inquiries and providing support. Guide clients through the booking process, including making, modifying, and canceling reservations, ensuring a seamless experience. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to bookings, providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions and insights in the CRM system for accurate record-keeping and quality assurance. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently and effectively. Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and travel offerings to provide accurate information to customers. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively in English considered an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the travel or hospitality industry. Excellent communication skills with a warm and inviting demeanor. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer complaints with professionalism. Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking tools is a plus. Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural environment. Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
