Your goal is to ensure that every merchant's payment infrastructure is as seamless and sophisticated as their business. Core Responsibilities: B2B Advisory: Provide high-touch support to Danish merchants regarding hardware setup (card readers), payment processing, and financial reporting. Strategic Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical inquiries related to the mobile application, software integrations, and transaction security. Account Optimization: Proactively guide business owners on how to utilize advanced features, such as inventory tracking and sales analytics, to scale their operations. Risk & Compliance: Assist in the onboarding process by verifying documentation and ensuring merchants adhere to secure payment standards. Market Insight: Act as the "Voice of the Danish Merchant," gathering feedback to help the product team refine features specifically for the Nordic market.
