Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer support in Danish via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. Efficiently address customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction. Accurately document interactions and maintain records within our CRM system. Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement. Collaborate with team members to share insights and develop strategies for improving the customer experience. Stay current on company products, services, and best practices in customer service. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a dedication to customer satisfaction. Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities in a remote environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
