We are seeking enthusiastic candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our Danish-speaking clients. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support in Danish through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Efficiently address customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain a high level of service. Document customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records in our CRM system. Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to service improvements and enhancements. Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for optimizing customer experiences. Stay updated on product offerings, services, and industry trends to provide effective assistance to customers. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a remote environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools is advantageous. Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
