Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking talented Danish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a prestigious Japanese multinational company in Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to Danish-speaking clients, ensuring a seamless communication experience while representing a globally recognized brand. Key Responsibilities Deliver professional and courteous customer support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, orders, and technical issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding cases using CRM tools. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate when necessary. Stay informed about company offerings, policies, and updates to provide accurate and current information. Provide feedback to management on customer insights to improve services. Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is desirable. Experience in customer service roles, preferably with multinational companies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital customer support tools. Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
