Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to invite Danish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our dynamic team supporting a leading electronics company in Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Danish-speaking customers, helping them with product inquiries, technical assistance, and after-sales service. Key Responsibilities Respond to Danish-speaking customers' questions and concerns about electronic products via phone, email, and chat. Provide technical support, troubleshooting guidance, and product information to ensure customer satisfaction. Log and maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems. Coordinate with product and technical teams to resolve complex customer issues. Keep up-to-date with product updates, new technologies, and company policies. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer support processes. Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the electronics sector. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a passion for technology. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with CRM software and digital support tools. Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
