Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present a wonderful opportunity for a Danish Speaking Customer Service Agent to join the team at Booking.com. This role allows you to work in the picturesque setting of Greece, providing exceptional service to Danish-speaking customers. You will play a vital role in assisting clients with their travel inquiries and ensuring they enjoy a seamless experience. Responsibilities Engage with Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries regarding bookings, cancellations, and travel arrangements. Provide detailed information about accommodations, locations, and services available through Booking.com. Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot issues with professionalism and efficiency. Document customer interactions in the CRM system to track inquiries and feedback accurately. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience and service delivery standards. Stay up to date with promotions, policies, and new features to provide informed support to clients. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is preferred. Experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to handle difficult situations and provide effective resolutions. Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer literacy. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. A passion for travel and providing outstanding customer service.
