This unique role allows you to join a multinational team while providing exceptional support to Danish-speaking customers in a thriving work environment. Responsibilities Engage with Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries related to products and services. Provide expert guidance, assist with order placements, and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally. Document all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate records for follow-up and quality assurance. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and promote a positive customer experience. Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends in order to provide informed assistance. Consistently uphold company standards, promoting brand loyalty and customer satisfaction. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service or related fields is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a dedication to superior customer service. Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively. Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office software. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, and adapt to a new cultural environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for helping customers.
