Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and promote a positive customer experience. Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends in order to provide informed assistance. Consistently uphold company standards, promoting brand loyalty and customer satisfaction. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service or related fields is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a dedication to superior customer service. Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively. Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office software. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, and adapt to a new cultural environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for helping customers.
