Responsibilities Support Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat by responding to inquiries related to products and services. Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM system to facilitate follow-ups and service improvements. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience and ensure smooth service delivery. Stay updated on promotions, product launches, and company policies to provide informed support. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous. Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Aptitude for problem-solving and ability to address customer issues with empathy. Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
