Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to Danish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat. Handle inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and general customer support. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to maintain high satisfaction. Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery. Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written. Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach. Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office tools. Detail-oriented and well-organized.
