This remote position based in Greece is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and dedicated to providing exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to Danish-speaking clients across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with inquiries about products, troubleshooting issues, and processing orders. Guide customers through the buying process, ensuring a seamless and informative experience. Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism, working towards resolutions that enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, specifications, and services to provide accurate information to customers. Document all customer interactions thoroughly to contribute to ongoing service improvements. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any complex issues that may arise. Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, particularly in the consumer electronics or technology sector, is preferred. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
