This exciting role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and dedicated to providing outstanding customer support. In this position, you will assist customers in Danish, answering their inquiries and ensuring they receive superior service regarding their electronics purchases. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service support for consumer electronics inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in Danish. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, order tracking, and returns. Resolve customer complaints effectively while ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to improve product knowledge and enhance customer experience. Stay updated on the latest consumer electronics trends and product knowledge to assist customers accurately. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the consumer electronics sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proficiency in problem-solving and ability to handle challenging situations with ease. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
