As a representative, you will assist customers in Danish, addressing their inquiries and enhancing their experience with Dyson products. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding Dyson products, warranties, and service assistance via phone, email, and chat in Danish. Provide detailed information about product features, troubleshooting tips, and usage guidance. Assist customers with order tracking, returns, and product replacements as necessary. Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for accurate record-keeping and follow-up. Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and address product-related issues. Stay informed about new product launches and improvements to provide relevant assistance to customers. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a tech or consumer goods environment. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mentality. Problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle inquiries effectively. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is desirable. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
