Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an incredible opportunity for Danish Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading E-Commerce Platform, with the chance to work in sunny Greece. This role is suited for individuals who are passionate about online retail and dedicated to providing exceptional customer support. As a representative, you will assist customers in Danish, helping them navigate the platform and addressing various inquiries effectively. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to the e-commerce platform, including orders, returns, and product information via phone, email, and chat in Danish. Provide comprehensive assistance on account management, payment processing, and shipping inquiries. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure a satisfactory experience. Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for record-keeping purposes. Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer service delivery and resolve complex issues. Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and e-commerce trends to provide relevant assistance. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or retail sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Problem-solving skills and ability to address customer inquiries effectively. Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer service software is desirable. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
