Key Responsibilities Address customer inquiries related to entertainment services, events, and promotions via phone, email, and chat in Danish. Provide detailed information on available entertainment options and assist with bookings and reservations. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring satisfaction. Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with event coordinators and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement and experience. Stay informed about the latest entertainment trends and offerings to provide informed assistance to clients. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the entertainment sector. Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
