Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an exceptional opportunity for Danish Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Finance industry. If you have a passion for finance and are committed to providing exemplary customer service, this role is ideal for you. You will assist customers with their financial inquiries, ensuring they receive the highest level of support while communicating effectively in Danish. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to financial products, services, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Danish. Provide accurate information on account balances, transaction histories, and financial regulations. Assist customers with opening accounts, processing transactions, and addressing any issues that may arise. Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly, striving for maximum customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions precisely in the CRM system to maintain comprehensive records. Collaborate with financial advisors and support teams to enhance customer service delivery. Stay informed about industry trends, products, and changes in regulations to better assist customers. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the finance or banking sector, is preferred. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with financial software and CRM systems is an advantage.
