This role is ideal for individuals passionate about both finance and technology, dedicated to providing excellent support to customers. As a representative, you will assist clients in Danish, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to financial products, services, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Danish. Provide detailed information on FinTech solutions, fees, and features to help customers navigate their options. Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to online banking and financial transactions. Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly, maintaining a high level of satisfaction. Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for accurate tracking. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service delivery and address client needs efficiently. Stay informed about FinTech trends and regulations to provide up-to-date information to customers. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the FinTech or financial services sector. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to address inquiries effectively. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with FinTech products and customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
