Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding their food delivery inquiries and issues. Assist customers with order placements, modifications, cancellations, and resolving any delivery-related concerns. Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with partners and delivery teams to address any issues and enhance the overall user experience. Stay updated on the latest promotions, features, and services of the food delivery platform to provide accurate information. Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to service improvement initiatives. Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business. Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably in the food or tech sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information and manage customer expectations effectively. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
