As a representative, you will assist customers in navigating their banking inquiries effectively in Danish. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding online banking services, account details, and transactions via phone, email, and chat in Danish. Provide information about banking products, fees, and services while ensuring a smooth customer experience. Assist customers with account management, technical issues, and claim processes. Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Document interactions accurately in the CRM system to help track service quality and customer feedback. Collaborate with other teams to improve service delivery and respond effectively to customer needs. Stay informed about banking regulations and updates to assist customers with accurate information. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is preferred. Experience in customer service, particularly in the banking or financial services sector.
