As a representative, you will assist customers in managing their streaming subscriptions and inquiries, all while enjoying the vibrant culture of Greece. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to streaming services, subscriptions, and content availability via phone, email, and chat in Danish. Provide support on technical issues, account management, and troubleshooting for users. Assist customers with billing inquiries and payment processing to ensure smooth subscription experiences. Resolve customer complaints efficiently, focusing on delivering outstanding service and support. Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for thorough follow-up and quality assurance. Collaborate with the technical team to address customer issues effectively and improve service delivery. Stay informed about the latest streaming trends, new content, and features to better assist customers. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is highly desirable. Prior experience in customer service, especially in streaming services or tech support, is preferred. Strong communication skills with a friendly and helpful attitude towards customers. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through solutions effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
