Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Danish Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading Telecommunications Company, located in Greece. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about technology and customer service. As a representative, you will assist customers in Danish, addressing their inquiries and providing outstanding support for telecommunications services. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding telecommunication services, including mobile plans, account issues, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Danish. Provide detailed information on service plans, features, and promotional offers. Assist customers with technical troubleshooting and ensure effective resolutions to enhance their experience. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate record-keeping and follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and address customer needs effectively. Stay informed about industry trends and new telecommunications technologies to provide relevant assistance. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications industry. Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively. Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with telecommunications services, systems, and customer service software is desirable. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
