Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to subscription services, billing, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Danish. Provide detailed information on subscription plans, features, and promotional offerings to customers. Assist customers with account setup, cancellations, and service modifications. Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow-up and records. Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service quality and delivery. Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide relevant assistance and recommendations to clients. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, particularly with subscription-based services, is preferred. Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing top-notch customer experiences. Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer needs. Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is advantageous.
