Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Address inquiries related to products, services, and policies promptly and professionally. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to support ongoing improvements. Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer service delivery and implement client solutions. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and relevant assistance. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial. Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred. Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus. Able to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere. A genuine interest in helping customers and enhancing their experience.
