Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Danish Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst to join our team in Bulgaria. This role is essential in maintaining the safety and integrity of our digital platforms, ensuring a secure and trustworthy environment for all users. You will be actively involved in monitoring, investigating, and responding to safety-related issues within our online services. Key Responsibilities Monitor user-generated content and platform activities to identify potential safety risks and policy violations. Conduct thorough investigations on reported incidents, analyzing data to determine risk levels and appropriate responses. Collaborate with technical teams to develop and enhance safety protocols and procedures. Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on safety issues and trends to inform stakeholders. Keep abreast of emerging trends and threats in digital safety to proactively address vulnerabilities. Promote awareness of digital safety best practices among users and stakeholders. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is an advantage. Experience in digital trust and safety, online moderation, or related fields is preferred. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication skills for interacting with users and internal teams. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Familiarity with digital content management systems and safety tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria for this role.
