Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking Fitbit users via phone, email, and live chat, resolving product and service queries with professionalism and empathy. Troubleshoot technical issues related to Fitbit wearables, including hardware concerns, software updates, and connectivity problems with fitness tracking platforms. Educate Danish-speaking customers on Fitbit's full range of health and wellness features, including heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, activity goals, and nutrition logging. Process warranty claims, product replacements, and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams in a timely manner. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system, adhering to established quality and compliance standards. Proactively identify trends in customer feedback and communicate insights to team leaders to help improve the overall Fitness & Wellness customer support experience. Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators, contributing to a positive and high-performing team culture. Native or fluent Danish language skills (spoken and written) are essential for this role — candidates must be able to communicate confidently and professionally with Danish-speaking customers. Valid EU passport (mandatory). A genuine interest in fitness, wellness, wearable technology, or health-focused consumer products is highly advantageous. Previous experience in customer support, technical helpdesk, or a related client-facing role is preferred but not strictly required — full training is provided. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Good working knowledge of digital tools, mobile applications, and basic technical troubleshooting processes.
