Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Danish-Speaking Netflix Customer Experts to join our team in Greece. This role involves delivering exceptional support to Danish-speaking Netflix customers while enjoying the benefits of paid relocation to Greece. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to Danish-speaking Netflix subscribers via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting streaming issues, and explaining Netflix features and offerings. Proactively resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive viewing experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. Stay informed about Netflix product updates, policies, and industry trends. Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is essential; good command of English is preferred. Experience in customer service, preferably in the streaming or entertainment sector. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools. Willingness to relocate to Greece; paid relocation support will be provided.
