Conduct interviews in Danish, helping to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the roles. Support the writing and posting of engaging job advertisements on multiple platforms to attract a diverse applicant pool. Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience. Collaborate with seasoned recruiters to gain insights into job requirements and the broader recruitment landscape. Participate in talent mapping and market research initiatives to inform recruitment strategies. Contribute your ideas and suggestions in team meetings to enhance the overall recruitment process. Fluent in Danish (both spoken and written); proficiency in English is advantageous. A strong interest in recruitment and HR, eager to learn and develop professionally. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and colleagues. Self-organized and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
