Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for Danish-Speaking Software Customer Experts to join our team in Greece, with a fully paid relocation package. This role offers a unique opportunity for software-savvy individuals fluent in Danish to provide expert support to customers while enjoying life in Greece. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, solving software-related issues, and ensuring a superior customer experience. Key Responsibilities Provide expert-level software support to Danish-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues effectively and efficiently. Guide customers through software functionalities, installations, and updates to enhance user experience. Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records. Collaborate with development and technical teams to escalate complex technical issues and contribute to product improvements. Stay updated on the latest software developments and company products to deliver informed support. Fluency in Danish (both verbal and written) is a must; proficiency in English is beneficial. Strong technical aptitude and prior experience in software customer support or related roles. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with CRM tools and support software is a plus. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
