In this role, you will work directly with our clients to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored solutions that leverage our innovative technology offerings. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients through consultations to uncover their specific challenges and objectives. Develop customized solutions and present them effectively to clients to meet their needs. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to enhance client satisfaction and outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of solutions. Conduct training and support sessions, empowering clients to maximize the value of our technology. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to offer relevant advice during consultations. Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is desirable. Previous experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a similar role is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-focused mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. A good understanding of technology solutions and a willingness to learn new tools and platforms. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively. A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
