In this role, you will engage with Danish-speaking clients to understand their unique business needs and deliver tailored solutions that foster their success. If you are passionate about technology and client relationships, this position is perfect for you! Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients in Danish to gather and assess their business requirements. Develop, present, and implement customized solutions that address client challenges effectively. Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights, best practices, and strategic recommendations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deployment and ongoing support of solutions. Conduct training sessions to empower clients in maximizing the use of our products and services. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to offer informed guidance. Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships. Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies and tools. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
