Mercier Consultancy MD is hiring a Danish Speaking Solutions Consultant to work in our Sofia office, offering fully paid relocation! Key Responsibilities Engage with Danish-speaking clients to assess their needs and develop effective solutions. Present tailored consultancy solutions that address client challenges and opportunities. Act as a reliable advisor, offering insights and recommendations based on industry trends and best practices. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and support of solutions. Provide training and ongoing assistance to clients to maximize product utilization. Keep abreast of market developments to continuously enhance client service quality. Fluent in Danish (spoken and written) with proficiency in English desirable. Proven experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a similar role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-focused skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Technical savvy and eagerness to learn new technologies. Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. A positive attitude with a commitment to excellent customer service.
