Your Role As a Danish Speaking Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through multiple communication channels. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries in Danish via phone, email, and chat promptly and effectively. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently. Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information. Contribute to ongoing process improvements and team initiatives.
