Your Role As a Danish Speaking Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through multiple communication channels. Your linguistic skills and customer-focused approach will enhance the overall experience for our Danish clients. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries in Danish via phone, email, and chat promptly and effectively. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently. Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information. Contribute to ongoing process improvements and team initiatives. Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is mandatory; English proficiency is advantageous. Prior experience in customer support or related fields is preferred.
