Next Job Abroad is currently recruiting Danish-speaking Assistance Coordinators for our client’s international travel assistance team in Fuengirola, Spain. In this role, you’ll support Nordic travellers around the world when unexpected situations happen during their trips — helping coordinate medical care, travel arrangements and practical support. It’s a dynamic and meaningful role where you help people while building valuable international work experience. You’ll Do • Support travellers worldwide via phone and email • Handle cases related to illness, accidents or travel issues • Provide guidance about travel insurance coverage • Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, airlines and partners • Arrange flights, accommodation or medical assistance when needed • Manage cases in internal systems The assistance centre operates 24/7, so the role includes day, evening and night shifts.
