The Role: Impact & Customer Journey Expert Travel Support: Assist Danish-speaking customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, and complex travel itineraries. Multichannel Communication: Engage with travelers via phone, email, and chat to provide high-quality service and resolve inquiries. Problem Solving: Handle changes, cancellations, and travel disruptions with a professional and solution-oriented mindset. Tech-Savvy Service: Use global distribution systems and internal tools to manage bookings efficiently. Who You Are Linguistic Skill: Fluent or Native-level Danish speaker with a solid B2 level of English. Location: You are already living in Lithuania or are willing to relocate at your own expense.
