This role allows you to connect with customers from the comfort of your home while being part of a leading tech company. You will play a crucial role in assisting Danish-speaking customers with our video streaming services, ensuring they have an enjoyable and seamless experience. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking users via phone, email, and chat regarding video streaming services. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to streaming quickly and effectively. Educate customers on how to navigate the platform and utilize its features to enhance their experience. Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. Work with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and improve support capabilities. Gather customer feedback and provide insights to help improve overall service quality. Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken. Strong commitment to customer service and a passion for helping others. Previous experience in customer support or technical support is preferred. Ability to troubleshoot technical problems effectively and provide viable solutions. Excellent communication skills, showcasing a friendly and professional attitude. Proactive interest in learning new technologies and adapting to changing processes. Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Familiarity with video streaming platforms is a plus.
