Responsibilities:

• Oversee 30-Minute delivery operations (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Management, etc) at our dark store in UAE.
• Work closely with Zippee customers (D2C brands & marketplaces) and support them in expansion/growth.
• Ensure adherence to dark store SLAs such as inbound, inventory management, outbound, manpower planning, rostering, training, employee engagement, vendor partnerships, COD management.
• Hire, manage & motivate the dark store team (inventory controllers, pickers, packers, store captains).
• Weekly inventory audits, COD reconciliation, hiring, & MIS reporting to Management.
• Help create a rockstar culture amongst your team to scale to profitability.

Qualifications:

• 4-8 years of Operations or Warehousing Experience, preferably at Quick Commerce/Supply Chain/Warehousing/Logistics tech companies.
• MUST have strong communication & team management skills
• You must have hands-on experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, inventory management software, etc.
• You must have a local network of dark store/warehousing/operations/last-mile delivery associates.
