Our store is more than just retail; it’s a place to try before you buy, socialise, and improve your game.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has excellent people skills and enjoys talking to customers.
• Is reliable, organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Has good attention to detail (especially when it comes to stock and orders).
• Is willing to get involved in all aspects of the store – from serving customers to sweeping the floor.
• Has in-depth knowledge of darts products, equipment, and the sport itself – you’ll need to know the game inside out and be a skilled player who can share tips, techniques, and recommendations with customers.
• Is comfortable being on camera and participating in social media content such as TikTok and Instagram videos – our store is heavily involved in online engagement and community building.
• Is available to work weekends as part of the regular rota – this is a key requirement.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential – full training on store processes will be provided.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Shop Floor Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of creating an engaging, welcoming, and fun experience for every customer – whether they’re seasoned pros or picking up their first set of darts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcoming customers and helping them find their perfect darts setup.
• Providing expert advice on products and demonstrating equipment in our try before you buy area.
• Assisting customers with booking and using our interactive dart lanes.
• Processing transactions accurately on our tills.
• Picking, packing, and processing online orders from our in-store warehouse.
• Managing stock, including receiving deliveries and restocking shelves.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy store environment.
