Responsibilities The Opportunity The Data Activation Coordinator is responsible for translating business and CRM strategy into actionable audience and data use cases that enable effective consumer activation across own media channels. This role plays a critical bridge between business strategy and data execution, ensuring that audiences are properly defined, built, and activated across CRM channels. Your Impact Define audience frameworks aligned with campaign, journey, and business objectives (acquisition, engagement, enrichment, retention). Translate CRM strategies into segmentation logic, including behavioral, transactional, and demographic criteria. Build and configure audiences within SFMC and/or CDP environments for activation across channels (email, SMS, push, WhatsApp, paid media). Ensure data readiness and alignment with activation requirements (fields, attributes, identifiers, consent). Act as the connection point between CRM strategy, campaign teams, and technical/data teams. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? 2-3 years of experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) or similar environments Strong knowledge of audience segmentation and targeting logic Hands-on experience creating audiences using: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Contact Builder, Data Extensions)/CDP segmentation tools/ SQL Understanding of: data models (customer profiles, identifies, attributes) and data flows (ingestion, transformation, activation) Experience working with CRM or lifecycle marketing strategies If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
