The Role Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Growth Lead the development and expansion of the Data & AI consult business across the market, driving signings and market share. Identify, design, and implement value-driven customer propositions tailored to solve complex business challenges through data and AI. Collaborate with consult leaders and account teams to develop winning strategies for customers and new market opportunities. 2. Partner Ecosystem Management Build and foster strong relationships with key technologypartners, such as cloud providers, and AI platform vendors. Leverage the partner ecosystem to deliver scalable, innovative solutions and co-create new opportunities. 3. Customer Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their strategic objectives and delivering impactful Data & AI transformation strategies. Present to C-suite executives and stakeholders, articulating the value of Data & AI in business terms. Ensure successful delivery of Data & AI projects, meeting quality and ROI expectations. 4. Practice Leadership Shape the Data & AI consult practice vision, strategy, and roadmap for the market, working closely with global teams. Build and lead a high-performing team of consultants, architects, scientists and engineers. Work with practice leaders to develop new plays with an articulated value proposition. Drive internal initiatives to foster innovation, enhance delivery capabilities, and promote continuous learning. 5. Thought Leadership Represent Kyndryl at industry events, conferences, and forums, showcasing expertise in Data & AI. Contribute to content creation, such as whitepapers and webinars, to establish Kyndryl as a leader in the field. Additionally, you will cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the practice. Your focus will be on balancing the practice’s short-term needs with its long-term ambitions, fostering an environment where teams can thrive and deliver high-quality outcomes. Your ability to lead through complexity, adapt to evolving market dynamics, and inspire a shared commitment to success will be essential in ensuring the practice remains competitive and forward-looking in a rapidly changing landscape. Qualifications & Experience Proven track record of building and growing Data & AI consulting businesses or practices. Deep understanding of data, AI/ML technologies, and advanced analytics in enterprise environments. Demonstrated ability to craft and articulate customer-centric value propositions and business cases. Strong experience in managing partner ecosystems and leveraging partnerships to drive innovation and growth. Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a focus on developing talent and fostering collaboration. Comfortable working with C-suite stakeholders and presenting complex solutions in business terms. Strong market knowledge of the french business landscape and key industry verticals. Preferred Skills Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and their AI/ML capabilities. Familiarity with industry-specific use cases of Data & AI solutions.
