Your New Role Are you passionate about building trustworthy AI and shaping data governance at scale? We are looking for a Data & AI Governance Consultant to strengthen and operationalize a comprehensive Data & AI governance framework in a global organization. You will review and enhance AI governance documentation, identify gaps, design an improved operating model, and support the implementation of Responsible AI practices. This is a hands-on, strategic role that blends advisory, design, and execution. Key Responsibilities Governance & Documentation: Review existing AI governance materials, identify gaps, and update documents for clarity and implementation readiness. Gap Analysis & Best Practices: Benchmark against leading frameworks (EU AI Act, ISO 42001, NIST) and develop missing governance artifacts. Operating Model Design: Co-create and refine a target operating model with clear roles, processes, and decision rights. Responsible AI Enablement: Support practical rollout through workshops, advisory, and implementation of governance processes. The position offers a unique balance between strategic thinking and hands-on implementation, allowing you to contribute both at a high level and in practical execution.
