The OpportunityWe’re looking for a Data & AI Lead to drive growth and delivery across Healthcare & Public Sector within a leading consulting and technology practice. This is a senior leadership role combining sector expertise, client engagement, and Data & AI strategy, focused on helping healthcare organisations unlock value through data, analytics, and AI-driven transformation.

You’ll play a key role in shaping strategy, winning new business, and delivering high-impact programmes across providers, payers, and wider health ecosystems.

What You’ll Be DoingLeading Data & AI strategy and transformation programmes across healthcare clients
Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across NHS and private healthcare organisations
Driving business development and account growth, identifying and shaping new opportunities
Defining and delivering modern data platforms, analytics solutions, and AI use cases
Leading multidisciplinary teams across data engineering, analytics, and AI delivery
Shaping propositions and contributing to pre-sales, bids, and go-to-market strategy
Ensuring delivery excellence across complex, multi-workstream programmes
Building and mentoring high-performing teams within the Data & AI practice
Contributing to thought leadership across healthcare and AI innovation

What We’re Looking ForStrong experience in Data & AI consulting or industry leadership roles
Deep understanding of the Healthcare sector (NHS, providers, payers, or life sciences)
Proven experience delivering large-scale data and AI transformation programmes
Strong commercial acumen with experience in business development and client growth
Experience designing and delivering modern data platforms and AI solutions
Excellent stakeholder management skills, including C-suite engagement
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
