We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Data & AI Lead to join our team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and collaborative skills to drive data-centric projects and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions. You will lead efforts to manage data pipelines, develop AI features, ensure compliance, and guide the product roadmap for our data initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Data-Centric Projects: Lead engineering efforts to develop, scale, and maintain data-focused projects with high performance and reliability.
  • Data Pipelines & ETLs: Manage and optimize data pipelines and workflows to ensure seamless, dependable data flow across systems and platforms.
  • AI Features Development: Envision, design, and execute AI-driven features, including tuning models, optimizing algorithms, and enhancing performance to meet business goals
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering to build high-quality, user-centric, and compliance-friendly products.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, manage audits, and uphold the highest standards of data quality.
  • Product Roadmap Leadership: Guide the product roadmap for data initiatives from conceptualization through development, testing, and delivery, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
