THE POSITION

Digitalisation is one of Van Oord’s strategic themes. As the Data & AI Platform Lead in the Data and Analytics team, you will play a role in unlocking value from our data and contribute to our purpose: “To create a better world for future generations by delivering Data Driven Marine Ingenuity”. We’re looking for a Data & AI Platform Lead to connect with our business stakeholders and drive data democratization across the organization, such that data sharing is the norm and everyone is an analyst.
As the Data & AI Platform lead, you’ll bridge business strategy and technical implementation while fostering data democratization throughout Van Oord. You’ll lead a team of five motivated data & AI engineers from our head office in Rotterdam to carry out Van Oord’s data & AI strategy. You are successful if the organisation is successful in working with data
