We are now looking for a Presales Specialist – Data & AI who wants to play a key role in designing, presenting, and shaping data-driven and AI-powered solutions for complex customer environments. As a Presales Specialist in Data & AI, you are the technical and advisory point of contact in customer engagements. The role combines presales advisory, solution design, and strategic guidance, ensuring that customer requirements are translated into scalable, business-aligned, and future-proof data and AI solutions. You will work closely with sales teams, data architects, consultants, delivery organisations, and global delivery centres. The role is primarily presales-focused, but requires a strong understanding of data platforms, AI technologies, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for the customer. As our future Presales Specialist – Data & AI: You will be a key player in our business. You act as the link between the sales team, the customer’s decision-makers, and our technical experts. Your mission is to: Understand the customer’s current state and needs: Conduct analyses of the customer’s challenges, data environment, maturity, and goals. Identify opportunities for data-driven development, AI applications, and improved information management. Shape the target vision, roadmap, and recommendations: Define the target architecture for data and AI platforms. Develop strategic roadmaps and priorities that guide the customer from their current state to their target vision. Visualise and communicate the value of these recommendations clearly and pedagogically. Design solutions and present them:Create initial solution proposals together with sales representatives and technical architects. Develop and deliver inspiring presentations, demos, and workshops that engage customers at both technical and business levels. Contribute to the sales process:Deliver solution descriptions, proposal materials, and other presale content. Support sales teams with insights into technology, market trends, and customer needs. Your profile You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent work experience, and have at least 3–5+ years of experience working in presales, consulting, or service sales within data, BI, AI, or information management. You bring: Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex data and AI concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience working with data platforms, analytics solutions, or AI-related technologies Ability to work both strategically and operationally Capability to translate customer needs into concrete service-based offerings and solution proposals Understanding of modern data platforms and ecosystems such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric Knowledge of AI concepts such as prediction, NLP, or automation Experience with data modelling, ETL/ELT, and SQL is a plus but not required Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Team-player mentality, thriving in collaborative and evolving environments Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written You are a communicative, analytical, and strategic person who loves combining technology and business.
