A key part of your role is to help the organization decide where AI truly makes sense—and where it does not. Your key responsibilities Own the end‑to‑end delivery of the Data & AI portfolio across multiple initiatives and programs Shape and maintain a value‑driven Data & AI roadmap aligned with business priorities Oversee the full lifecycle of AI initiatives from problem framing to production rollout Partner with senior business stakeholders to structure complex business problems and value‑focused AI use cases Define value hypotheses, KPIs, and benefits‑realization frameworks; track and challenge value delivery Provide executive‑level transparency on progress, risks, trade‑offs, and value realization Establish portfolio governance, prioritization, and escalation mechanisms Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data, AI, security, and compliance standards Act as the primary interface between business leaders and Data & AI delivery teams What makes you a strong fit University degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field 5+ years of experience in program, portfolio, or complex initiative management in a data, analytics, or AI context Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders on high‑impact, ambiguous business problems Solid understanding of data platforms, analytics workflows, and the AI/ML lifecycle from ideation to production Experience with ERP systems or ERP‑integrated business processes Familiarity with Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall delivery models Excellent communication, structuring, and stakeholder‑management skills Strong ownership mindset and value‑driven thinking Nice to have Experience with cloud‑based data and AI platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) Knowledge of Data Governance, MLOps, and Responsible AI principles Background in asset‑intensive or regulated industries (energy, manufacturing, finance) Program or portfolio management certifications (PMP, PgMP, SAFe) Why join us?
